    Solution - 2 (Undetermined Coefficients Rule)
    6x^4 - 17x^3 + 24x^2 - 34x + 24 = (3x - 4)(ax^3 + bx^2 + cx + d)
    6x^4 - 17x^3 + 24x^2 - 34x + 24 = 3a·x^4 + (-4a + 3b)·x^3 + (-4b + 3c)·x^2 + (-4c + 3d)·x - 4d
    Applying the rule;
    6 = 3a ⇒ a = 2
    -17 = -4a + 3b ⇒ b = (4a - 17) / 3 = (8 - 17) / 3 = -3
