    If the base radius and height of a right circular cone are measured as 10 cm and 25 cm, respectively, with a possible error in measurement of as much as 0.1 cm in each, what is the maximum error in the calculated volume of the cone?

    A) 18π cm^3
    B) 20π cm^3
    C) 22π cm^3
    D) 24π cm^3
    E) 26π cm^3

    r = 10 cm, Δr = 0.1 cm = dr
    h = 25 cm, Δh = 0.1 cm = dh
    V = (1 / 3)·π·r^2·h
    dV = (π / 3)·(2r·dr·h + r^2·dh) = (π / 3)·(2·10·0.1·25 + 10^2·0.1) = (π / 3)·(50 + 10) = 60π / 3 = 20π cm^3.

    Note: I found the question by chance in my notes, and there was no source information.
