    How many times can a watch gaining ten minutes every day indicate the correct time in a year?

    This watch which is running ten minutes faster per day gains an hour at the end of the sixth day, on the seventh day. Hence;
    Kod:
    #Day----Hour Gained
     7          1
    13          2
    19          3
    ...
    So; for the independent variable "day", and the dependent variable "hour", the linear function "Hour = f(Day)", the equation of the relevant line is,
    (Hour - 2) / (2 - 1) = (Day - 13) / (13 - 7) ⇒ Hour = f(Day) = (1 / 3)(Day - 13)....(I)
    In order for the watch to correctly show the time, 24 hours must pass and substituting 24 in the equation (I);
    24 = (Day - 13) / 3 ⇒ Day = 85
    The watch indicates the correct time once every 85 days, and since 365 = 85·4 + 25, it also normally functions four (4) times a year.
